The YOR Health community felt the same way when participants snapped and shared holiday moments during their recent “Be Merry with #12YORDays” Instagram campaign. For 12 days, participants were encouraged to post photos that embodied the day’s theme. Themes ranged from “What makes you happy?” and “How are you being fit?” to “Share holiday decorations.” But there was more! Each picture shared was considered as one entry into the #YOR12Days prize drawing. Three lucky winners received a YOR Health Core Challenge Set for free.
